Paula Cella is the realist behind all of Don's dreams and wild ideas. When she is not busy considering all sides to their next endevor, Paula is the friendly face and voice behind Five Mile Development, Cella Properties, Five Mile Consulting and Acquistions' office.
Don Cella is the driving force behind the award winning success of Five Mile Development Group. With over thirty years experience in the construction industry, Don knows how to get things done to the highest standards. After spending years as a successful general contractor, Don turned his attention to commerical development in 1996. With Don's emphasis on the importance of quality, innovative design and cost effective yet imaginative use of salvaged materials; Five Mile has specialized in creating upscale office space from pieces of the past in a manner both beautifully distinctive and wildly imaginative.

The Five Mile Development Group porfolio includes revitalizing the Ross/West View area in Pittsburgh's North Hills with the purchase and renovation of a group of five buildings. Included in this revitalization is The Old Ice House, which as the former West View Ice Company building had been an important part of the community in the 1800's. Also in this group of buildings is The Gristmill Corporate Center, which in a former life housed an autodealership and now incorporates 33,000 sf of distictive Class A office space. With the design and use of antiques from local landmarks these properties uniquely reflect Pittsburgh's herritage.
